Great day yesterday at Charlestown’s First Winter Wonderland! The morning was chilly, but with the sun shining, everyone was out and about on their morning walks. The Charlestown Stroll was really organized with printed maps to outline all the participating businesses, where Santa was, and all the vendors. Looking forward to doing this show again next year. I hope to see some of my scarves in my own neighborhood while I’m out walking my dog, Stanley!
Great time yesterday at the Wellesley Marketplace. It was my first time at the show, and it was quite the experience! 300+ vendors, a premium shopping hour and thousands of people led to a very busy day. Nice way to finish out the craft show season. I still have some inventory though, so if you are looking for Christmas gifts, please reach out.
Thank you everyone for coming out to the Needham Craft Fair today. Some of my highlights included: spending the day with my mom while my dad and husband golfed, visits from some of my close friends and family, an old customer from 3 years ago arriving at my booth wearing one of my scarves and saying how she had been on the search for me for years, and selling an all-time record of 65 scarves! I’ve got a lot of work to do between now and Wellesley, but tonight I’m taking the night off after being on cloud 9!
From the Needham Craft Fair! Looking forward to seeing everyone there. Check out the show site for a preview: http://needhamcraftfair.com/
Exciting news for my fall schedule…I was also accepted into the 40th Annual Wellesley Marketplace on Saturday, November 19th! Please check out their site for more details: http://www.whjwc.org/fundraisers/wellesley-marketplace/event-information/
Looking forward to being an exhibitor with other local artisans at this premiere marketplace.
Thank you everyone for coming out yesterday to my second Framingham Craft show. It was so nice to see some familiar faces from last year and to hear that they enjoyed their scarves! It was a great show to round … Continue reading
Last Saturday was another successful show at the Newton Highlands Craft Fair. As it was my first time at the show, I was very pleased to see how organized it was run. Some top sellers from this show included the lagoon print, as well as, many vertical stripe combinations.
After another great show, my inventory is running low again, so I will be pretty busy the next few weeks before my last show of the fall season. Happy weaving!
What a successful show at the Needham High School! Everyone that I met at the show (vendors and customers) were so friendly and engaging. The foot traffic was excellent, which was certainly showcased in the sales I had! Many of my top styles – including plum print and lagoon print – SOLD OUT! I have a busy next couple of weeks ahead of me preparing for the next craft show in Newton Highlands..back to weaving!
I had such a great time yesterday in Framingham at the 5th Annual Holiday Marketplace. This was the first show I’ve done in December, and it was perfect timing for the gift-giving season.
Thank you everyone for supporting Weave the People Creations this Fall. I have truly enjoyed doing different shows across Massachusetts this year. These next few months will be busy, as I rebuild my inventory for next Fall. I look forward to kicking off my Fall show season next October with some new and exciting scarves!
